Creatine — one of my top three supplements I will not go without!

Walk in to any GNC store and you'll see literally thousand of vitamin / nutritional supplements claiming to provide all sorts of miraculous effects on the human body. The Nutritional supplement Industry has almost no regulations governing the content of the bottle as compared to what the label says is in it. You could fill capsules with sugar and sell it as the latest weight loss pill and you would not get in trouble for the contents, you could run afoul of false advertising claims but with some slick legal advice you could probably skirt that issue also.

So, I am extremely careful of what I put into my body, this is where the currently popular advice of DYOR, Do Your Own Research, becomes very important. All advertisements make whatever the product or service it is promoting sound amazing. As I learned from 10 years working on Wall Street.. bad,, uninspiring sales pitches do NOT sell! So every sales pitch sounds some shade of amazing. Caveat Emptor!
